NINJA BELTS
Your captains will be awarding Ninja Belts each week based on your accumulated Ninja Points. Ninja points are earned by each Ninja for completing challenges, posting meaningful posts on the team thread, and for losing weight or maintaining a weight loss. There will also be random bonus Ninja Points available throughout the round. Can you get your Black Belt or beyond???

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Most weeks, we will have a weekend challenge (WEC) every Friday through Monday as well as an LCW (last chance workout) challenge on Mondays or Tuesdays, and a midweek challenge (TNT) to be completed any time during the week. Points will be awarded differently for each challenge, but you will be given the information ahead of time for calculating points for yourself. We ask that you calculate and post your own challenge points by midnight, Wednesday night on our Ninja Tracking Spreadsheet. In summation, your responsibilities as a Ninja are…
1) Participate in all of the challenges and post your points (according the each challenge’s specifications) on our Ninja Tracking Spreadsheet by midnight Wednesdays!
2) Join in on the conversation by posting personal updates on our team chat thread and commenting on others’ updates.
3) Update your information on the Ninja Tracking Spreadsheet on time every Wednesday with your weight and fitness minutes
**Challenge points are not the same as Ninja Points** You will be awarded Ninja points based on your Challenge score!

CAPTAIN’S RESPONSIBILITY
After you record your challenge points on the Ninja Tracking Spreadsheet, we convert your challenge points to NINJA
POINTS using the following guidelines. The NINJA POINTS determine your weekly finish among the Ninjas and whether
or not you have earned a new belt ranking. When you earn a new belt, you will be contacted by one of your captains. At that point, you can add your Ninja rank to your signature line to remind us all of your achievements!!!
NINJA POINTS SYSTEM
► Posting: Must be a meaningful post. Simply posting a challenge score will NOT count for points.
♣ 1 point for posting each day
(If you miss posting a minimum of 3 times in any 3 weeks, you will be automatically moved to Floater)
►Challenges:
♣ 2 point for participating in each challenge
♣ 5 points for achieving 100% max points or set goal
♣ -1 point for posting NO score for challenge
►LCW:
♣ 3 point for getting at least 30 minutes of Intentional Exercise
♣ 5 points for getting at least 60 minutes of Intentional Exercise
♣ -1 point for posting NO minutes for LCW
► Weigh-ins:
♣ 5 points for a weight loss
♣ 2 points for maintaining previous week's weight
♣ -5 points for weight gains
► Nutrition Challenge:
♣ 4 Ninja Points = YES
♣ 0 Points! = NO
MYSTERY BONUS POINTS - to be determined as the round progresses
BELT RANKINGS
LEVEL 1 = 25-49 PTS (WHITE)
LEVEL 2 = 50-74 PTS (YELLOW)
LEVEL 3 = 75-99 PTS (ORANGE)
LEVEL 4 = 100-134 PTS (RED)
LEVEL 5 = 135-169 PTS (GREEN)
LEVEL 6 = 170-204 PTS (PURPLE)
LEVEL 7 = 205-239 PTS (BLUE)
LEVEL 8 = 240-274 PTS (BROWN)
LEVEL 9 = 275 -310 PTS (Black)
Once you have earned a Black Belt, you will begin to move up the Black Belt Dan rankings.
