HAWAIIAN LUAU
What is a Luau? A luau is a traditional Hawaiian party or feast that is usually accompanied by entertainment. It may feature food such as poi, kalua pig, poke, lomi salmon, opihi, haupia and beer, and entertainment such as traditional Hawaiian music and hula
Who can say no to a party? Do you get invites throughout the summer for gatherings and dread going because you know you can’t say no to all that scrumptious food? We know how to plan our food for the week but we don’t want to get stuck in a rut and we don’t want to avoid having a good time.
This week we are throwing ourselves our own Luau fillling our food tables with lots of fruits and veggies So many of the freggies we love are in season in the summer so put on that grass skirt and fill your plates with those freggies! Try something new or if you’re invited to a party bring a big fruit and veggie tray and keep yourself on track while still having a good time.

If you are able to complete 60 minutes of intentional fitness on either Monday OR Tuesday, you will be given a SparkGoodie AND the satisfaction of knowing that you will be continuing your streak and doing great things for your body!!! |
