POOL PARTY
Hydration while working out in the heat/strength training
It’s a BLC pool party!! Let’s have a blast this week while focusing on strength training! While the pool can be the perfect spot to lounge we aren’t going to be resting this week, but before we dive in, remember to warm up first. This week we are going to add a set of dumbbells to the pool party, and turn this pool into an all-in-one training zone.

If you are able to complete 90 minutes of intentional fitness on either Monday OR Tuesday, you will be given a SparkGoodie AND the satisfaction of knowing that you will be continuing your streak and doing great things for your body!!! |
