BBQ FUN & FITNESS
It’s time to invite everyone over for a BBQ! There’s going to be some yummy grilled foods
healthy salads
and fun in the sun ! We know how to throw a BBQ over here!
Music is the key to helping us bring in the fitness to the party. We know there will be lots of eating and talking but make an effort to mix up the playlist and every few songs add in one you love to work out to. Encourage those around you to jump in and join you because circuit training is how we are turning this BBQ into a week long party that everyone will remember.
Why circuit training? Unless fitness is your job, nobody has hours a day to spend in the gym. Circuit training is the perfect workout for the time-crunched fitness fiend. You can set up as many or as few stations as you like and then continue through the circuit until your time runs out. You can fit it in effective, total-body workout whether you have 15 minutes or an hour.
