Give yourself a pep talk. Set aside a minute every day to let the positivity flow; write down (or say aloud) everything that you like about yourself and your life, and use that minute to reaffirm why you want to meet your goals.

Your workout minutes will determine which category you will fall into! Let’s see how many ALL STARS we can get!!! Categories: ALL STARS = 80+ minutes, GOLD MEDALISTS = 60-79 minutes, SILVER MEDALISTS = 40-59 minutes, BRONZE MEDALISTS = 20-39 minutes. LCW to be completed on Monday OR Tuesday. Remember on the Ninjas - 100% PARTICIPATION is expected! Whenever we do not have 100%, the team will suffer a penalty - 100 JJs (Jumping Jacks)!
