We expect you to Participate in all challenges, Communicate regularly with your teammates, Track your food and exercise and Not Give Up. We will be focusing on reasonable exercise, as well as good nutrition. Our challenges will consist of: a Wed/Thurs Challenge - Tighten & Tone (TNT), a Fri-Mon Weekend Challenge (WEC) and a Mon/Tues Last Chance Workout (LCW).
Experience has proven that participation and determination WILL get results!
