WELCOME TO THE NAVY NINJAS!
The Ninjas are Dedicated, Competitive, and Focused on Having an Incredible BLC!
We expect you to Participate in all challenges, Communicate regularly with your teammates, Track your food and exercise and Not Give Up. We will be focusing on reasonable exercise, as well as good nutrition. Our challenges will consist of:
1. A TNT Challenge - Do the TNT listed each week under challenges or work your own program. As long as you do some kind of ST (Strength Training), you will get credit for the TNT and avoid a team penalty. TNT can be done any time during the week! You earn 5 Ninja Points for doing the TNT
2. A Fri-Mon Weekend Challenge (WEC)
3. A Nutrition Challenge - Choose your own nutrition goals and evaluate your progress at the end of the week.
4. An Optional Last Chance Workout (LCW) which can be completed either Monday or Tuesday.
Experience has proven that participation and determination WILL get results!
