WELCOME TO THE NAVY NINJAS!
The Ninjas are Dedicated, Competitive, and Focused on Having an Incredible BLC!
We expect you to Participate in all challenges, Communicate regularly with your teammates, Track your food and exercise and Not Give Up. We will be focusing on reasonable exercise, as well as good nutrition. Our challenges will consist of:
1. A ST (Strength Training) Challenge - Do ST any 3 days during the week - you can use the TNT listed each week under challenges or work your own program.
2. A Fri-Mon Weekend Challenge (WEC)
3. A Nutrition Challenge - Choose your own nutrition goals and track your goals each day.
4. An Optional Last Chance Workout (LCW) which can be completed either Monday or Tuesday.
Experience has proven that participation and determination WILL get results!
This round, we chose to go with themes based on Movies and Songs. It turned out to be a little more challenging than we hoped, but here is a summary of what will be sent to your team each week. Remember that teams are not required to use these themes:
Week 1 - The Hokey Pokey - this one started the song/movie theme idea, so we started here. What if the Hokey Pokey IS what its all about?
Week 2 - Lean on Me - This week, we encourage new members to participate, support and be supported by their team.
Week 3 - Fight Song - Small steps can lead to big changes
Week 4 - Beautiful - Self esteem
Week 5 - Let It Be - Reducing stress
Week 6 - Supercize Me - Reducing fast food
Week 7 - Julie & Julia - Try a new recipe/food
Week 8 - Chocolat - Superfoods
Week 9 - Ratatouille - Eating in restaurants without derailing yourself
Week 10 - Bucket List - Not waiting until you reach your goal to live your life
Week 11 - Shake it Off - Dealing with negativity
Week 12 - Defying Gravity - Reaching your goals despite limitations
Week 13 - Happy - Living a happier life
Week 14 - Walking on Sunshine - Walking as a form of exercise
Week 15 - Celebrate - Celebrate finishing and/or reaching your goals
