NAVY NINJA TNT CHALLENGE (OPTIONAL)
NAVY NINJA TNT CHALLENGE
In this challenge you can choose to work to TNT (Tighten and Tone) your Upper Body, Lower Body, and/or Core.You’ll earn 100 points for each area you choose to work on each week. So…if you work on 1 of those areas = 100 points. If you work on 2 of those areas = 200 points. If you work on all 3 of those areas = 300 points!!! You can do the exercises that you choose with body weight, hand held weights, resistance bands, machines, etc. You decide! You can do them sitting or standing. Again, you decide what works for you!
