MAKE LIKE A SCUBA DIVER
When things get off track for a scuba diver, they have a potentially dangerous situation very quickly. There is a motto scuba divers use, “Stop. Breathe. THINK then Act.” That same technique can help you refocus and avoid derailing your diet when you find yourself starting to lose control.

If you are able to complete 45 minutes of intentional fitness on either Monday OR Tuesday, you will be given a SparkGoodie AND the satisfaction of knowing that you will be continuing your streak and doing great things for your body!!! |

If you don't use the TNT for your ST, then make up your own routine with ST exercises from the ALTERNATE TNT or work with your own program. However, maximum Ninja Belt Points are earned by doing the provided TNT.

Remember on the Ninjas - 100% PARTICIPATION is expected! Whenever we do not have 100%, the team will suffer a penalty - 100 JJs (Jumping Jacks)!
